The substation structure construction process is divided into four core stages: construction preparation, foundation construction, structure installation, and electrical commissioning. Construction preparation requires site survey (geological conditions, underground pipeline inspection), material and equipment preparation, and personnel safety training. The foundation construction stage requires precise control of the excavation dimensions (error ±10mm), rebar tying (spacing ≤150mm), and concrete pouring (strength grade ≥C30). The curing period is typically 7-14 days.

Structure installation employs a segmented hoisting process. The verticality deviation of the columns must be ≤1/1000. High-strength bolts (torque value 350-400N·m) are used for beam connections, and the entire process is calibrated in real-time using a total station. After electrical equipment installation, insulation testing (≥1000MΩ) and no-load testing (voltage fluctuation ≤5%) are required. Final acceptance must comply with GB 50169-2016 standards.
