1. Site Survey: This is the first and most crucial step in ensuring high quality. Professionals will travel to the designated location to conduct a comprehensive assessment. Detailed records must be kept of the topography, soil properties, height and distance of surrounding buildings, and existing road conditions. The site must be verified to comply with land use regulations and be away from high-voltage power lines, flammable and explosive materials, and other hazards.
2. Electromagnetic Environment Assessment: Since the communication tower is installed to transmit and receive wireless signals, a comprehensive analysis of the existing local electromagnetic environment is conducted. The aim is to avoid harmful interference between the new tower and existing communication facilities, ensuring clear and stable signal transmission.
3. Structural Design and Drawing: Based on the survey data, the number and weight of antennas to be supported, and potential local wind pressure, snow loads, and other natural conditions, engineers will perform precise structural calculations and design. The final construction drawings will clearly specify the dimensions, material specifications, connection methods, and foundation construction requirements for each component of the tower.
